'We are in the age of increasing consumer empowerment. Consumers have instant access to a large range of factual or fallacious information and may variously be misinformed, overestimate the value of their knowledge, or possess unrealistic expectations as to outcomes'. 

This talk will look at the patient experience from problem discovery to post-service judgements through the prism of marketing and consumer behaviour percepts.
