TRI Central Stores is located on level 1 and is only accessible via the Goods Lifts in the East & West Wings of the building.

Mail & Couriers

With almost a thousand occupants, there's a lot of mail and deliveries making their way through TRI every day. Help us keep the process as smooth as possible by reading this guide to working with couriers and mail at TRI.

Take the goods lifts at either end of the building and use your swipe card to go to level 1. Please see the map below for directions or download PDF file of Stores map

Trading hours are 9.00am - 12.00pm and 1.00pm - 4.00pm on business days (Monday to Friday)

personal deliveries

People working within the TRI facility may use the loading dock from time-to-time for personal deliveries. By using the loading dock for personal deliveries, you agree to TRI’s Terms of Use for Personal Deliveries.

The following questions are asked of us regularly, so we included them as a handy reference below.

How do I know when my item is available for collection?

Between the hours of 9.00am - 12.00pm and 1.00pm - 4.00pm on business days, TRI Stores staff will contact via email the requisitioner/s associated with the deliveries that have arrived in the loading dock. 

Can TRI Stores contact my colleague or assistant instead?

The only information the Stores staff has is the requisitioner as the contact. This is the contact name that they will email once the item is delivered.

Can someone else pick the item up for me?

Yes. TRI Stores only condition is that person picking up the item knows the requisitioner, and is willing to sign for it.

When can I pick up my item from TRI Stores?

Once you know the item has arrived and have been contacted, the TRI Stores is open for the collection of items from 9.00am - 12.00pm and 1.00pm - 4.00pm on business days.

How long do I have to pick up my item?

We ask that people pick up their item as soon as they can after delivery due to limited space in TRI Stores. Note: If the item is temperature sensitive, space is extremely limited so you will receive daily calls until the item is picked up. For anything that remains in the store for more than two (2) days, an email will be sent to both the requisitioner and their Floor Manager.
