Model Mary StickLEy interviews Professor Ian Frazer

Teen model Mary Stickley dropped in to TRI yesterday to chat with Professor Ian Frazer about cervical cancer awareness. 

The high school student was crowned teen model of the year by popular girls magazine, Dolly, in 2014. Part of the role to represent the magazine is to be an ambassador for subjects that are important to young women and cervical cancer is high on that list. 

Mary is the young ambassador for the Australian Cervical Cancer Foundation (ACCF) representing the Cervical Cancer Awareness Program in schools. To promote the importance of vaccinating against HPV, Mary interviewed Professor Ian Frazer, co-inventor of the Gardisal cervical cancer vaccine.
