STEPHEN LYNCH QUEEN'S BIRTHDAY HONOURS
In addition to our very own Distinguished Professor Judith Clements receiving a Companion of the Order of Australia at the Queen's Birthday celebrations on Monday, our partner institute the PAH are having a celebration of their own. Professor Stephen Lynch, liver transplant surgeon and Chairman of Surgery at the PAH was also awarded the distinguished AC.
Officially, the Governor-General made the following announcement:
Professor Stephen Vincent LYNCH - For eminent service to medicine, particularly through major advancements in the area of liver transplantation surgery and science, as a leading clinician, to medical education and training at a national and international level, and to professional organisations.
