Jonathan Cechetto, PhD
Dr. Cechetto is the PerkinElmer APAC Imaging leader; he received his PhD from McMaster University (Ontario, Canada) and was previously a group leader at Institute Pasteur Korea, responsible for assay development, automation, sample management and high content screening.
ABSTRACT:
As in vitro models become increasingly complex and more physiologically relevant, the tools used to quantify their phenotypic changes have to evolve. This presentation will highlight this evolution and highlight recent advances in 3D image analysis, analysis of complex models and machine learning approaches.
