Queensland Museum opens its doors After Dark for a unique showcase of the science of food. Enjoy a drink and live music as you explore the Museum’s collections before immersing yourself in a delicious display of gastronomy.
This event is part of the Good Food Month Program featuring local providores and crafters demonstrating the scientific practices behind their food.
Experience a visual feast of local providores and crafters demonstrating the scientific practices behind their food, from cheese and chocolate through to cocktails and beer. View live gastronomy demonstrations and cooking classes and take your tastebuds on a taste testing journey all whilst soaking in the backdrop of the Brisbane City skyline from the Café and Terrace.
Tickets: $30
Tickets include a drink on arrival, a food token for your choice from three food bars and all night taste-testing.
