Women in technology presents: Progress your Leadership 

Have you ever found yourself at the end of a meeting wishing you had just spoken up? Or perhaps you’ve had a great idea, said it quietly, only to have someone else be acknowledged for your idea?

Everyone needs to practice leadership, regardless of your career progression stage. This workshop will help you to understand and develop the practice of your leadership and appreciate impact.

In this session, we will explore some of the ideas and beliefs that are getting in the way of you making progress on important parts of your life and career. You will develop a personal hypothesis as to why this occurs, and design a range of individual experiments that you can use to further develop your leadership practice.

Facilitated by Jennifer Witheriff, Director/Co-owner of GJR Consulting, an Australian company specializing in organizational and leadership development, executive coaching, training and facilitation. She has held leadership roles in Government before starting her private business.
