The Bioinformatics Resource Australia EMBL is a bioinformatics infrastructure project which, in collaboration with EMBL’s European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI) in the UK, aims to improve access for Australian researchers to the global collection of biomolecular data.
During this workshop, we will review some of the most popular bioinformatics tools provided by the EBI, and how these have been adapted and supplemented by BRAEMBL to provide enhanced access for Australian researchers.
