TRI Melbourne Cup Spring Cleaning Day
TRI's annual Melbourne Cup Spring Cleaning Day will be held on Tuesday 2nd November 2021.
It is a great opportunity for all building occupants to take some time to spring clean offices, kitchens and lab spaces.
Clean and Win!
- Grab a checklist and coordinate with your group/module to ensure all areas are cleaned.
- Email a ‘before and after’ pic to [email protected] by COB on Cup Day (Tues 2nd Nov) on behalf of your lab/group/team to win one of 5 prizes.
- All entries go into the draw. Winners will be announced on Wednesday 3rd November 2021.
Collect your Sweeps
- Sweeps will be available at reception.
- If you wish to donate to a racehorse rescue charity, a tin will also be available at reception.
- Vendors will be on site again, running their own competitions with prizes up for grabs.
Lunch
- Take a break from cleaning to have lunch on us!
- This year, we are returning to our chicken, salad and bread roll meal, drinks will also be available.
- Lunch will be served from 11:30am-2:30pm.
- You MUST register here to reserve a meal. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, you will need to choose a 30-minute timeslot in which to collect and eat your lunch in the atrium.
- Registrations for your free lunch must be received by Monday 1st November (5pm).
The Melbourne Cup Race will be televised in the main Auditorium from 1:45pm for the 2pm race. Due to COVID-safe rules, there will be a 200 person limit in the auditorium.
