TRI SUPPORT DETAILS

New to TRI? Most of the information you need to access services at TRI is on the Intranet. A TRI specific username and password is required to access all systems at TRI. The username will start with 't' and use the first letter of your first name, followed by the first 6 digits of your last name. This is setup as part of your induction process by your employing institute, but if you do not have access please contact your partner IT below.

If you have a question that hasn't been answered or an issue which IT is unable to resolve, please discuss with your floor manager who can direct you to the appropriate channel. You can find them located just inside the western door on all research floors.
