Proteomics Training

 The Proteomics Facility Training has three components:

• With the Intro Training you will be able to gain an understanding of what, why and how Proteomics can be used in research.
• The Lab Practical Training includes two half day lab practicals on standard sample preparation methodologies and sample analysis on our Q-Exactive mass spectrometer.
• The Data Analysis Training will provide hands on training with reviewing raw data, data processing with key software and reviewing processed data results. 

Please note that:

• Users are encouraged to attend the individual components as required.  
• March, June and September training are grouped to enable users to get the most out of sample prep training by having all the individual components scheduled in the same month. 
• For sample prep training, please schedule a meeting with the Proteomic Core ([email protected]) to discuss research needs.
